SOMEHOW I DID IT WOOOO HOOO!!

Ok so somehow I managed to keep my calories about 100 under my recommended amout AND I went for a 35 min walk/jog with my bulldog Molly…and I feel great!  I even went to lunch today with my hubby to a restaurant that he loves - a Mexican restaurant - and had the lesser of all evils - a not so healthy sandwhich - and I managed to be ok….

 Gives me some motivation for tomorrow…

    Awesome! my downfall is the mexican restaurants. I was brought up on the stuff, but i even found healthy versions of the stuff i used to eat.
